Sam and Cody were very kind and helpful. It appears that they did a good job as the door is working smoothly. I was very glad that I purchased the lifetime warranty 5 years ago when they replaced our springs. Instead of it costing $558 for all the repairs today it only cost $95 for cables that were not part of the warranty. Thank goodness!
