From the time of purchase (ordering) of the garage door until installation, it was quite a long time. Then the window inserts took about 3 months after the door installation. The installer was quite proficient and personable and did a great job. As to your customer service, it stinks. I'm referencing the inability to call and connect directly to someone who is helpful. It just didn't happen. I dial the number, put on hold. The person who finally answers puts me on hold to connect to the "office" and then the office is unavailable. There's just too many steps to this process which is poor customer service.

Great service was on time and very friendly. Fixed what was needed and even lubed the door and rollers and did not try and sell me on unessassary things.

Very happy with the new garage door it so quite my wife can stay sleeping through me opening it up at 3 am when I leave to work. Her and my son sty sleeping. Nice.

This company and Jake are amazing. Garage door springs broke suddenly on a Saturday afternoon. Jake was there within 3 hrs and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Jake was friendly but very professional. Saved the day for us. I would definitely recommend Precision of Salt Lake.
