Precision door installed a new garage door for us in 2011. Today, we identified a spring had broke at 8AM. From the time I called to the time the tech Vincent left, it was all of 3 HOURS! Happy with the work received. Vincent was very clear with his communications. Only complaint was Vincent had moved large shelving and other items and did not return them to their place before leaving. I was not home when he did the work and was not able to inspect his work before leaving. Not a big deal, but it would be better customer service to return things to their spot if you must move them, unless it is a ridiculous amount of stuff with no order. Thanks.

Our technician Russell was absolutely fantastic. He diagnosed the problem quickly and presented us with our options to replace the old garage door opener. Ge was not pushy and completed the work quickly. He took the time to make sure all of the old garage door remotes were reprogrammed including the built in opener we in our cars.
