I made the mistake of resetting my whole garage door system while trying to program home link in the car. Dylan came out and fixed everything within an hour to set us back up. I appreciate the honesty and not being charged for something that didn’t really “break” just a mistake in my part I couldn’t fix myself.

He was great , very friendly and knew what he was doing.

Dylan was very helpful with my keypad. He explained how to clear it and then reset code. He,also,gave me an instruction sheet in case this happens again.

I had a new garage door installed at our house. I am very pleased with the people I worked with to include Cody Alldredge in sales to the installers, one of which was Spencer Olsen. Spencer also gave a great explanation as to the features for the new garage door. He also answered our questions. The company worked with us to give us a reasonable price for a great garage door. We love the new garage door!

Cody went over every options, had a sample book with all the doors and hardware to go choose from. He measured and did a thorough inspection of the premises and had some great advice about the products. I ended up wanting the garage door and the motor to go with it. For those concerned about health safety a mask was worn the entire time. I am pleased with the quote and the service.

From the time of purchase (ordering) of the garage door until installation, it was quite a long time. Then the window inserts took about 3 months after the door installation. The installer was quite proficient and personable and did a great job. As to your customer service, it stinks. I'm referencing the inability to call and connect directly to someone who is helpful. It just didn't happen. I dial the number, put on hold. The person who finally answers puts me on hold to connect to the "office" and then the office is unavailable. There's just too many steps to this process which is poor customer service.
