Jake and his co-worker (did not get his name) were very professional and courteous. Jake called me and left a message the day of service with regard to scheduling, and he arrived during the window specified. He explained the service procedure and the install was done quickly. I am pleased with the result, as the seal was placed very well so that there are no gaps. Overall I am very happy with the service, price, and workmanship. I would recommend Jake (and your company) to anyone needing service.

I’ve had precision installed on my garage for the last 15 years. I’ve never had a single problem with service or technicians. They are always timely in coming and with repairs. Blaine new what he was doing today and got it taken care of in short order. I can appreciate someone and a business that gets in, gets the job done professionally and timely.

Customer Service was awesome when I called in yesterday after sorting broke and got me set up for service within 24 hours. Jake was AWESOME - professional yet very personable! Had my door fixed and operational in less than an hour. Experience really could not have gone better for me!!

Fast service, on time tech, good recommendations, and fast repair. Very happy!

Jake was excellent. He explained the options and costs. We choose to replace the opener and rollers. He was finished within 90 minutes, including set up of car openers. He was really knowledgeable and thorough. Excellent service.

Your tech, Blaine was very professional. He consulted with me and explained what he was going to do to fix my broken door. The door is working great. I will call Precision Door in the future if I need repairs or a new door. Thank you for doing a great job and on a Sunday to boot.
