Jake Wardrop did a great job. The overhead garage door is so quiet now and runs so smoothly. I really appreciate his promptness, his friendliness, his professionalism, his work ethic, his kindness, his fast and efficient service. He knows what he's doing and he does a very good job. I was afraid that I would get taken advantage of because I'm a widow and I don't have tons of money. But I do think I was treated fairly and I really appreciate that because since my husband died, money is very tight. The garage door opener is nice.

I wish all the service people I come in contact with were as great as Jake! He came in and it took about 5 seconds for him to fix the problem. It was an easy fix but he double checked everything before he left. Yay Jake!

Brett was very professional and had the springs we needed on his truck. It took him less than an hour to replace the springs, test them and lubricate our door. Great service!

Even though the only thing he had to do was plug it back in(dad unplugged it for some reason. He’s 90) the repairman checked out everything to make sure it was working correctly. He was also very continuous of the current virus situation.

On line chat picked right up, had me scheduled an hour later. Josh came promptly after he called, inspected my system, pointed out developing problems, and promptly fixed all problems. He did this all while we had a 4.5 earthquake! He got off his ladder very quickly!
