First may I say how professional my call and request for assistance was handled . As a new customer I received immediate attention and within two hours, Jon their tech was at my Home diagnosing my situation. Prior to his arrival the office contacted me with the techs name, phone number and some personal Background information.. Upon Jon’s arrival he introduced himself and immediately conducted a survey of my situation and compiled three alternative solutions for me to choose from to resolve my situation. After I acknowledged my choice of action, Jon immediately went to work and completed the task in a very reasonable amount of time. When he completed his work, he took the time to explain everything he did and why. He also showed me all the damaged And inferior parts that caused the problem. He also gave me a sticker to put in a conspicuous place in the garage with the company’s number for future reference and also advised me to consider a maintenance program offered by his company. He then cleaned up all debris and loaded everything into his truck. After which he presented an invoice which I paid and informed me that a full receipt for service would’ be fourth coming Via e Mai. We upgraded from an old chain driven unit that was somewhere between 12 to 15 years old to one of Precision's "in-house" models. Talk about a night and day difference! This new unit is almost completely silent compared to the previous unit. Jake handled the install and everything works perfectly thus far. Now I can surprise my kid when I get home from work because he can't hear the garage door anymore.

Jon was fast and professional, he explained our options and took a conservative approach to test and see if it would work without further cost. We did end up needing a new motor but he installed it well and gave us instructions on how to use it. Please give him our thanks for the good service.
