We have used Precision Door Service three times now and every time has been great! This time our Tech Josh was very quick and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and did a full tune up in under an hour. Office staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with and the text reminders are a plus. We will definitely use their service in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Jake called me and left a message the day of service with regard to scheduling, and he arrived during the window specified. He explained the service procedure and the install was done quickly. I am pleased with the result, as the seal was placed very well so that there are no gaps. Overall I am very happy with the service, price, and workmanship.
