Dylan was thoughtful and took the time to assess the problems. Between the two of us we came up with an action plan and Dylan got to work...he performed some routine maintenance to git rid of the squeaky doors...more than just applying some silicone to the rollers and hinges...he found an old nail left over from construction that was rubbing on the door panels in an area that could not be easily seen...he replaced the door bottom weather stripping as well...all in all he was courteous, pleasant, and knew what he was doing...I'm very pleased with his work!
