Vincent arrived on time, explained about the new remote key pad I needed, and replaced the old one. My only complaint with the company is that I had paid $169.90 three weeks earlier on March 23, 2022 to have my annual service done on the garage doors (invoice #40273153) and had called only to have the remote key paid fixed or replaced. I resent paying the service fee that included the inspection again. I feel that was not warranted as your guarantee includes service for a year.

Russell did a super job at detecting and then solving my garage door problems. He made a good recommendation for a new motor based on my specific needs and wants. The replacement took about 45 minutes. He then showed me what he had done and thoroughly explained the features of the new motor. Russell was right on time and was polite with a good attitude. This is the second time I’ve had Russell work on my garage door. I requested him because of the great work he did for me before. I was not disappointed. He was super to work with.

Service appointment went very well. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise was the price. The lady that setup the appointment had quoted one figure, and when Vincent told me the cost, (which was almost double) it caught me off guard. When quotes are given, they need to be honest up front and include all charges, hidden or otherwise.

I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this company and these three employees who have all worked on my home in the last 72 hours.

Excellent - Jake was very thorough and explained spring and bearing replacement work very well. He did the install of the garage door opener last year and has serviced garage door opener as needed in the past. Great guy to work with. Very customer service oriented. Thank you.
