Our garage door opener blew its spring this morning. I contacted Precision after reading a number of favorable reviews, and technician Dylan Leonard arrived punctually this afternoon. He went through our options and explained the various costs. No sales pressure whatsoever. I elected the option that best fit our needs. Less than an hour later, Dylan was finished and our door was fully repaired. Great service!
