I called Precision Garage Door repair late on a Saturday afternoon when my garage door wouldn’t open. Jon came out early Sunday morning to get us working again. He checked our system and gave me all the options. He had all the materials on his truck to make the repair and was fast and super courteous. He completed our repair and made sure everything worked as it should. He kept me informed and answered all my questions. The cost of the repair was reasonable and my garage door works great! I decided to replace a 20+ year wood garage door. Precision Garage Door Service in a timely manner presented me with a catalog of many types and manufacturers of garage doors. After choosing one that I had in mind, namely an insulated door, it was ordered and installed promptly after arriving from the manufacturer. I'm pleased with Precision's service and would recommend Precision to others who need service on an existing garage door or a new replacement door.

I bought the garage door silencing package advertised for $99 ... and I thought that would be all I would have to pay. But I ended up paying over twice that price. Precision should make sure their customers understand what the price will be before the work is done.

Zinc wasn’t here for the garage door spring repair. That repair was completed several months ago. I was happy with that repair. On this visit he didn’t help me. I would’ve like to talk to a technician briefly to find out whether a service car would’ve been helpful
