John came early and did a great job replacing the springs. He explained the problem and gave me a solution to the problem.

I was very pleased with how Dylan evaluated what needed to be done and for his professionalism in getting it done in a timely manner.

On time, had the parts needed, knew how to install, re-programmed vehicles, everything perfect.

Vincent was very helpful. He replaced a broken roller and sold me a new door. The new door is a custom order and won’t be here for eight months. In the meantime, Vincent agreed to help if I have problems with the existing door.

Vincent returned today and explained the options to fix the uneven closure of the door. I made a choice and he quickly fixed the problem. He was pleasant and efficient and I appreciate his work. The person who I talked to on the phone was not and would benefit from some customer service training. Having said that I would like to apologize for my response to him as well. I should know better.

Vincent did a great job. Very thorough.

After completion of service I noticed that one side of the door doesn’t completely close. Further adjustment is needed. I called to have someone return to finish the job, but was told that there would likely be an additional service charge. This seems unreasonable. I hope this can be taken care of promptly as without additional cost.

Fast courteous repair. Door is better then ever. Was looking at an opener but rolls so easy I guess will wait. Good job Johnathon.
