He assessed the situation, informed me about my options, and replaced the spring and rollers as well as a broken keypad in short order. He was able to do a check on the door, lube, & tune it up in a timely manner, and he mentioned a couple of things, one as a preventive issue, but did not pressure me in any way to agree to have it done!
