He made a couple of trips to the house to make sure we got the best door for the best price for us. As seniors, we are on a budget and he really worked with us. We love our door!! Spencer was great. He was willing to "band-aid fix" our opener so we wouldn't be left without the use of our garage while waiting for parts. He then did a search and found the parts needed and came back early the following day to install. The garage door is now working perfectly.
