Jake did a great job and was very professional. I feel like he was fair and did not try to get us to do something that didn't need to be done but was honest about what really needed to be done in the near future.

The installers were on-time, had expertise in installing the garage door and were friendly and professional. Plus the sales person who came out to provide a quote was knowledgeable and professional and provided the quote quickly. I recommend using this company!

Jake was able to come earlier than the scheduled appointment. He repaired the rubber weather stripping on the bottom of our garage door, instead of needing to replace it. He inspected and lubed the door and we are very happy with how everything works.

Couldn’t have asked for better service. The initial tech gave somewhat of a dismal diagnosis on our existing (broken) garage door, but was then able to present a very amenable replacement solution. Imagine our surprise when the install tech arrived bright and early the following day, and completed the install in great time and with excellent quality. Highly, HIGHLY recommended company and service - cannot recommend enough!

Very impressed with the quality of service. They also fit me in on the same day that I called. Jake was very knowledgeable and a huge help. I would definitely recommend!

They were sorry that appointment got canceled by mistake so reschedule for next day after I called back 3 hrs.later. Did offer to take off the service call charge. Service tech was professional and did a good timely install. Will use again. Thanks. Rich
