Russell was great, thorough and helpful!

Russell was right on time. He was friendly and very polite. He checked my broken system out and then gave me three options for repair. Russell thoroughly explained each option, all of the parts I'd need, and how each option would benefit me. Once I selected an option Russell got right to work and did an amazing job within the time he predicted. I was very pleased with the work he had done plus he went over everything with me so I knew the work I wanted was done. I am very happy with the work Russell did and I'm glad I called Precision Door Service.

Great Technician

The process of ordering the garage doors on through to the installation went very smoothly and quickly. I ordered three doors for my home. The doors were installed today by Spencer. Spencer was efficient, professional and polite. Love the doors!

Vince was very professional and polite. He called ahead and asked if he could come earlier, since time slots had opened up. We negotiated a time and he arrived around the time we talked about. He was very upfront with what was needed and the costs involved. Vince was very knowledgable and answered additional questions I had, and the information he provided was spot on. He finished the work when he said he would and did an excellent job. The cost of the repair was acceptable and needed to be done. I was impressed with how quickly and easily the appointment could be scheduled. I was texted and emailed information prior, including the name and a photo of the Technician arriving, which put me a little at ease. Looking forward to having a fixed garage door that should last us for many more years!

Was very pleased Dylan being on schedule and with his honesty on completing the project. It was a small project that I needed professional assistance with. Dylan was so honest about the cost that I would incur by only billing on the service call. I don't see this in many occasions from a servicing company.
