Jeff was great. Unfortunately he had to come back 2 additional times because the new unit would only work when using the wall mount button. Even the new exterior pad failed to work. It was a huge inconvenience! But Jeff was very nice and understanding and it seems to all work now. He replaced the units this morning. Other than the double charge on my Amex, all it well.

Brian was a great and kind technician, but your pricing (699.00 for a basic spring) is ridiculous and considered price gouging by your competition. Not everybody in Draper is wealthy and stupid. Our family and our friends in our contact list will never make the mistake of using Precision Door Service again. The going rate for a basic spring replacement in the SLC area is 189.00-250.00. I was very impressed with the rapid response time of about 2 hours from my phone call to Precision Door until Jake, the technician, arrived. He took care of my concern immediately but in addition, he took the time to thoroughly inspect and adjust my door. My entire experience with Precision Door was exceptional!

I got new door rollers. Springs, garage door opener and a new keypad jeff was very professional. He explained the issues and options to fix. While it was expensive, I feel confident Jeff did what was required and I should not have problems in the future.

The tech was excellent and did a great job. The high cost of the repair was surprising but after explaining the details, the tech convinced me of the need.

Jake was able to come to my appointment earlier than scheduled and that was so helpful to me as things had gotten off schedule for me that day. The customer service line you have to call to make an appointment was so pathetic that i held off making my appointment and almost went with another company due to them. I still haven’t decided if ill buy the door yet but Jake was fantastic and very easy to deal with. So long as i never have to talk to the customer svc people again ill likely use Precision. Hope they get a new company to handle their calls.

I was super happy with every aspect of this job! The salesman Michael Fisher went above and beyond to help us find the right door. He made a couple of trips to the house to make sure we got the best door for the best price for us. As seniors, we are on a budget and he really worked with us. We love our door!! Spencer was great. Friendly and knowledgeable I would highly recommend Precision Doors!!!

First time here he checked door out said he needed to order the parts and that took some time of course. He came back today and did the repair and we are very happy with our garage door. The technician called before arrival and mentioned that he was on his way Brian showed up on time. Brian also explained about my garage and what repairs needed to take place and what didn’t. I purchased a new garage door he was really nice and patient with me and explaining everything that needed to be done. I appreciate people like Brian and the honesty and professionalism that he provided thank you so much!
