Phone call said strut repair was $100 so I could use the service call coupon (Valpac) yet Jon said the strut repair was only $99 so denied the coupon. This is bad business. Sorry and no warranty for the work I ask to be done with 5 disclaimers is also bad business.

Great guy, but I never received the estimate.

Dylan was amazing! Instead of performing an invasive adjustment of the track and door, he suggested getting new weather stripping in the color of the new paint job on our house--who knew! He came back to install it and made it look fantastic. Thanks, Dylan, for your advice and professionalism. Precision--especially Dylan--are highly recommended.

the sensor was knocked out of alignment and took only a few seconds to fix. it made me sick to see that. otherwise everythimg was good.

The sensors of our garage door were not making the connection so I called Precision Garage yesterday. Dylan from Precision came this morning and was able to fix the problem for us within 30 minutes. Dylan was great to interact with. Not only did he replace the one he came out to do he replaced the other one as well. So we purchased 2 Belt Garage door openers. Great service!
