Totally exceeded my expectations! Not only did PGD have courteous staff. They were able to find my door well ahead of schedule during a crazy materials shortage! They also had a last minute cancellation and thought of me and moved me up in their schedule lineup. They weee able to fix my garage door well ahead of the expected time window. So all in all I was very impressed with the service soup to nuts! I will definitely recommend PGD to everyone! I hope not to have call you again but will if I need anything garage door related! He went over and explained everything in detail. He never pushed anything on us to buy. Showed us diffrent options. Cody is probably the main reason we decided to go with Precision. Very happy

Phone call said strut repair was $100 so I could use the service call coupon (Valpac) yet Jon said the strut repair was only $99 so denied the coupon. This is bad business. Sorry and no warranty for the work I ask to be done with 5 disclaimers is also bad business.

Dylan was amazing! Instead of performing an invasive adjustment of the track and door, he suggested getting new weather stripping in the color of the new paint job on our house--who knew! He came back to install it and made it look fantastic. Thanks, Dylan, for your advice and professionalism. Precision--especially Dylan--are highly recommended.
