Vincent was top notch. Stayed late on a Friday to make sure I had a working garage door. He communicated very well and kept us well informed. He gave a thorough explanation of the mechanism and the accessories and how to use them.

The service was excellent and quick. The tech was friendly and helpful.

Great job on install. Well done and great installer on all fronts. Personable and good craftsman. Doors arrived a couple of months late which was disappointing but overall pleased with outcome and install.

The technician analyzed the situation and totally fixed the problem with my garage door. He was good to work with and took extra time to explain my questions.

Vincent was very professional. He called as he was on his way, and called to update us all the way through the finding of parts and his service. He is very courteous and prompt. He was willing to "band-aid fix" our opener so we wouldn't be left without the use of our garage while waiting for parts. He then did a search and found the parts needed and came back early the following day to install. The garage door is now working perfectly. I will use and recommend Precision Garage Door Service from now on.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Jeff was wonderful. Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. In no time he had my garage door working like new. Yes, the cost was a bit, but nothing is free. I felt the cost was worth it. Thank you Precision door for your great service.

Friendly repairman but quiet after I rejected his three offers to upgrade service, from about $1200 to almost $3000. All I wanted was garage door spring replaced. I had been quoted a service call fee and the spring cost from the office. That was what I asked for. Eventually that is what I got. Cost me less than $300. Perfect.

Dylan was very prompt called before he came and did a great job checking out our garage door talked to my husband and explained very well what’s needed to fix it. So Dylan is ordering the panels and parts needed to fix our door. He will be in touch when the parts come in and he’ll be back to fix the door. Thank you very much to Dylan!!!
