From the moment he arrived at my home he was very helpful in examining the problem to my garage door. He found the problem and explained and pointed out what needed to be done. He was done in a reasonable time frame and showed me his work. He gave me his card for any questions so I can call him directly. Dylan came quickly and assessed the repair. He then provided us with several options for servicing. After comparing we asked about upgrading with a new door. I really appreciate Russell’s honesty. We had been experiencing issues opening and closing our garage door with our remotes and keypad off and on for at least a year. Russell quickly determined that the type of light bulb we had installed in the overhead portion of our unit was the cause of our issues. He was correct. That was two months ago and we have not had any problems since we changed our bulb. The most amazing part is that he didn’t charge us for the service call. Thank you Russell.
