We have always experienced same day service, which we greatly appreciate. Our garage door was in need of a new rubber bead that quiets the garage door as it closes. We also needed a new bottom retainer to hold the rubber bead. Due to the current supply shortage for many items, the bottom retainers were hard to find. Russell Holland was our technician. He went out of his way and made special effort to look through their warehouse to see if he could find one for us. He found one but was not sure if it would fit. He called and came out the next day to make sure it would fit our garage door size. It was the correct size for our garage door. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful in finding the part that was needed to complete our job. Our sincere gratitude for his superior work ethic and professionalism.
