I was able to get a tech same day, they sent a picture of the tech and message me their eta, My tech Russell was warm, easy to experience and his technical knowledge was reassuring he understood all the problems and was ready to work. Dylan came quickly and assessed the repair. He then provided us with several options for servicing. After comparing we asked about upgrading with a new door. Dylan personally worked up options, on-site, and we chose the best option for us. We look forward to our new door which will be installed next week.

I really appreciate Russell’s honesty. We had been experiencing issues opening and closing our garage door with our remotes and keypad off and on for at least a year. Russell quickly determined that the type of light bulb we had installed in the overhead portion of our unit was the cause of our issues. He was correct. That was two months ago and we have not had any problems since we changed our bulb. The most amazing part is that he didn’t charge us for the service call. Thank you Russell.
