I’ve worked with Russel previously at another home. My garage door wasn’t working properly staying down. Russell immediately address the issue and educated me in my equipment and other doors. We are looking to update our doors in the next year and are happy to feel secure with our equipment until then. Love this company and their employees. Highly recommend there services.

Great Job! Technician Josh Stone was very helpful and and very professional. He called me to let me know when was going to arrive. From the moment he arrived at my home he was very helpful in examining the problem to my garage door. He found the problem and explained and pointed out what needed to be done. He was done in a reasonable time frame and showed me his work. He gave me his card for any questions so I can call him directly. I highly recommend your company and I will technician Josh Stone for any future services for my garage door. I give Precision 5 stars! From start to finish. I was able to get a tech same day, they sent a picture of the tech and message me their eta, My tech Russell was warm, easy to experience and his technical knowledge was reassuring he understood all the problems and was ready to work. I wish more companies were this efficient and dedicated to their craft. I felt the cost match the services received. Highly recommend!
