We Love Precision. They came out the same day I called. Trevor was very efficient and did an awesome job installing everything. He also helped me program some things on my phone. I highly recommend this company. They stand by their warranties.

I showed Trevor the broken bracket on the garage door and he was able to replace it with a new bracket. He made some adjustments to the garage door opener, lubed all moving parts and tested everything. It works like it was new. Trevor was very friendly and professional. I was impressed with the company itself. The garage door broke last night at 10 PM and I called this morning about 8:15 AM. They said the technician would be here between ten and noon. Trevor called me at 9:30 AM and said he was in Farmington and would be here in 30 minutes and he arrived promptly at 10. The company also sent me texts and emails during that timeframe. Fair price. Josh Stone did a superior job of installing two new door operators. This is a result of his installing the first door operator several weeks ago with such efficiency and effectiveness that we wanted to replace all of our door openers. He was sensitive to our time constraints, keeps us well informed, and does what he says. I would recommend him to anyone in need of garage door assistance.

Thank you for coming back and taking care of the noise I was hearing. Josh adjusted both tracks very precisely, and could see where the noise was coming from. Josh also resprayed a couple of the lower door panels again and what he did today really cut the noise down a lot.
