The Precision Overhead Garage Door Service Technician Mr. Vincent (Vince) Moreira was EXCEPTIONAL with his service this afternoon in making the repair of our Broken Garage Door Spring! Vince took the time to explain the operation of the various Garage Door Parts in addition to the Broken Spring and pointed out the need for new Bearings and various adjustments and lubrication that would enhance our Garage Doors Operation in the future. As Seniors, my Wife and I appreciated the detailed explanation Vince went through and showed his personal concern toward us as was displayed in his OUTSTANDING ONE-ON-ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Vince arrived early and presented himself with his terrific personality and in detail explained the cost of the repair.
