Russell Holland was very prompt and professional. He explained everything he was doing and suggested needed services. I like how they tell you which tech is coming and then they send you a picture of the tech. You really should be in the habit as a company of taking a picture of the before and after of a job - at least take pictures of the work you have done. I am a property manager for this property and the owner would have liked to have seen a picture of the work done. It helps to instill further trust. I would imagine that your company does a lot of work for property investors who never see their property but are paying all of the costs of maintenance. All of my other vendors do take pictures of the work that they do. Thank you

After a power outage, my garage doors weren’t closing properly or opening correctly. I called precision door this morning and they were here a few hours later and had the problem corrected in less than an 30 minutes.
