Outstanding service. Jake called to let us know he was on his way; at the same time we received an email letting us know he was en route. Jake arrived on time, listen to my concerns, and got to work. He explained what was causing the noise and showed me which components needed lubricating. We took advantage of the "door silencing" coupon and are completely satisfied. We will definitely use Precision Door Service again the next time we need our garage doors attended to. Jake displays the professionalism and dedication customers appreciate in a service technician and is truly and asset to Precision Door Service.

I just paid over $800 a week ago and our door was squeaking loudly 3 days later. I called to have them adjust it further. Jeff came and did the adjustments just fine without a charge/fee (which was what I expected). Happy as a lark!

Very satisfied with the repair. Jeff replaced the broken springs and all the outer roller assy that were showing wear. You guys are GREAT. I was thinking that it would be days before the repair could be done. I called about 1pm and got an appointment for 4-6pm same day. Thank you very much.

Spencer was punctual and very respectful. He explained what he would do and gave a time frame to complete the installation. Leaving him to his work, he finished around the time predicted. We went over everything after while Spencer explained the benefits of some of the products we received. We are delighted with his work and know we will get much more extended use out of our new door.
