I had just had a new Precision opener installed. One day later when I opened my door I thought we had a cat by the tail. Very annoying. I made one call and a tech.,Jon Ferreira was scheduled. It was a pleasure to have Jake Wardrop take care of our garage door problem. First he was very courteous and explained exactly what our problem was (which I could clearly see). He installed a new opener (our old one was 22 years old) in a completely professional way. He answered all operational questions I had to my satisfaction.
