I had just had a new Precision opener installed. One day later when I opened my door I thought we had a cat by the tail. Very annoying. I made one call and a tech.,Jon Ferreira was scheduled. He arrived on time. He new exactly what it was. The issue was a sprocket on the track. A little bit of spray lubricant and issue solved. Thank you.

It was a pleasure to have Jake Wardrop take care of our garage door problem. First he was very courteous and explained exactly what our problem was (which I could clearly see). He installed a new opener (our old one was 22 years old) in a completely professional way. He answered all operational questions I had to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone with similar garage door issues.
