Very professional

This is the second time (first one was like 5-7years ago but different issue) I had my garage door serviced by Precision and in both instances, I had a pleasant experience from Customer Service to the Technician. And of course for this time, kudos to Russel Holland. He gave me a call as soon as he got a request from Customer Service to keep me posted of his time estimate. He was very upbeat and pleasant to work with, very nice guy. And most of all, he did a very good job and even made the replacement better than the original in a very short time. Good job Russell, thank you and keep up the good work!

The process of ordering the garage doors on through to the installation went very smoothly and quickly. I ordered three doors for my home. The doors were installed today by Spencer. Spencer was efficient, professional and polite. Love the doors!

Vincent was great, however he pointed out that I should have had my bearings changed when I got my new spring some time ago (and that didn't happen except for the one in the middle). That is the apparent cause of my squeak. I now know what to monitor.
