Cody and Dillon handled the warranty repair/replacement of my garage door opener to my complete satisfaction. Dillon completed the installation quickly and thoroughly. Do to the age of our equipment, we had multiple issues with our garage door that made it complicated as to what needed to be repaired. Cody, Dillon and Jed did a great job of diagnosing all the issues and determining what needed to be repaired. And Cody confirmed the warranty on the door opener so that the replacement installation was covered under warranty. Precision Door honors their warranties and has always been my 'go to' overhead garage door service. Their technicians are well trained, honest and professional. I won't use any other service.
