I was very impressed with the rapid response time of about 2 hours from my phone call to Precision Door until Jake, the technician, arrived. He took care of my concern immediately but in addition, he took the time to thoroughly inspect and adjust my door. My entire experience with Precision Door was exceptional!

Jake was able to come to my appointment earlier than scheduled and that was so helpful to me as things had gotten off schedule for me that day. The customer service line you have to call to make an appointment was so pathetic that i held off making my appointment and almost went with another company due to them. I still haven’t decided if ill buy the door yet but Jake was fantastic and very easy to deal with. So long as i never have to talk to the customer svc people again ill likely use Precision. Hope they get a new company to handle their calls.

I was super happy with every aspect of this job! The salesman Michael Fisher went above and beyond to help us find the right door. He made a couple of trips to the house to make sure we got the best door for the best price for us. As seniors, we are on a budget and he really worked with us. We love our door!! Spencer was great. Friendly and knowledgeable I would highly recommend Precision Doors!!!

After dealing with 5 months of supply chain issues our new garage doors were installed today. Spencer, the installer, did an exceptional job. I’m happy with the doors and installation and will recommend Precision.

Jeff is an excellent repairman and showed me exactly why my door was not functioning properly. I had inadvertently bumped into the electric eye which caused the door to not to close. Jeff is friendly and professional and an all-around great guy!
