Well we fixed the keypad it took 10 minutes and suggestions for this is you update precision door. Net on the correct method to change key pad pin

Jake was excellent. He thoroughly inspected by door and reviewed the items that needed attention or could be failing besides the sprints. He provided options for the repair. He was quick and efficient. My garage door opens so easily. It is more quiet that it has ever been. Jake also advised on recommended maintenance for the door and my garage door opener. I am very satisfied with the work that was done! This was an excellent value! I recommend Precision and will use them again in the future!

I was very impressed with the rapid response time of about 2 hours from my phone call to Precision Door until Jake, the technician, arrived. He took care of my concern immediately but in addition, he took the time to thoroughly inspect and adjust my door. My entire experience with Precision Door was exceptional!

Jake was able to come to my appointment earlier than scheduled and that was so helpful to me as things had gotten off schedule for me that day. The customer service line you have to call to make an appointment was so pathetic that i held off making my appointment and almost went with another company due to them. I still haven’t decided if ill buy the door yet but Jake was fantastic and very easy to deal with. So long as i never have to talk to the customer svc people again ill likely use Precision. Hope they get a new company to handle their calls.

I was super happy with every aspect of this job! The salesman Michael Fisher went above and beyond to help us find the right door. He made a couple of trips to the house to make sure we got the best door for the best price for us. As seniors, we are on a budget and he really worked with us. We love our door!! Spencer was great.
