Josh was great. Very professional. Unfortunately the new sensors he installed today are already not allowing the door to close. There is nothing in the way. Took about 6 tries to finally close.

He did a great job with my door and did everything he needed and went above and beyond to move the track out so it doesn't jerk back up like it was. It took a while to wait for the garage door that I wanted to be manufactured. Both my garage door & opener were replaced. Very happy with both the original contact person and the two folks who came to do the installation; they answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied. I can now use my garage again, so... very happy.

Drive sprocket/gear on my old opener broke while I was on vacation. Josh came within the window he said he would and installed a new opener and rollers within 1.5 hours. The timing and service was excellent, I'd highly recommend to others.

I actually just got an estimate to repair my garage door that I accidentally backed into this morning. Rep was very helpful and answered all my questions. He got me scheduled for an install within the week ... that made me very happy.

Josh was great. I have only one complaint if you could call it a complaint at all. Josh did not ask for or tell me about light bulbs in the opener, so it is dark when I open it. I am going to need to get a ladder and climb up to see what lights and then get them and climb again. I have problems with my knees. I assume he just forgot to review that with me. It is sooooo nice to have a working opener again.
