Excellent service. Took the time I needed to explain options and did not try to oversell me on things I didn't need. He was able to install right away and take care of everything in one shot.

My Spring was not broken but did need lubed. The wheels on both sides were replaced and lubed. Other spots were also lubed. It was a little expensive but it sounds better. You should give seniors a discount. Thanks! Stay Safe.

Josh was great. Very professional. Unfortunately the new sensors he installed today are already not allowing the door to close. There is nothing in the way. Took about 6 tries to finally close.

Brett was awesome. He was respectful given the covid-19 madness. We hit elbows as a result of a handshake. He did a great job with my door and did everything he needed and went above and beyond to move the track out so it doesn't jerk back up like it was. I would recommend precision and Brett's service to anyone.

It took a while to wait for the garage door that I wanted to be manufactured. Both my garage door & opener were replaced. Very happy with both the original contact person and the two folks who came to do the installation; they answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied. I can now use my garage again, so... very happy.
