Happy with the work received. Vincent was very clear with his communications. Only complaint was Vincent had moved large shelving and other items and did not return them to their place before leaving. I was not home when he did the work and was not able to inspect his work before leaving. Not a big deal, but it would be better customer service to return things to their spot if you must move them, unless it is a ridiculous amount of stuff with no order. Thanks.

Excellent - Jake was very thorough and explained spring and bearing replacement work very well. He did the install of the garage door opener last year and has serviced garage door opener as needed in the past. Great guy to work with. Very customer service oriented. Thank you.

Josh came out to fix our 2 year old squeaky door that would not shut without holding the button down until closed because I ran into it with the garbage can. Our technician Russell was absolutely fantastic. He diagnosed the problem quickly and presented us with our options to replace the old garage door opener. Ge was not pushy and completed the work quickly. He took the time to make sure all of the old garage door remotes were reprogrammed including the built in opener we in our cars. One of the cables on the door came loose. I took the cable out and called precision and they quoted me 189$ and told me they would give exact quote at site. Russell is a nice guy and an expert. He loosened the springs and tightened them again and installed the cable that came loose. It took him about 30 min to do it and no parts purchase was involved. The final bill came to 289$ which I felt was too high. I think I got the job done at a very high price.
