Prices way to high for my budget. Josh was great!

Tech Jeff Zinz arrived early, diagnosed the acute problem along with some failures just waiting to happen (fraying cables, cracked rollers, etc) and fixed them promptly. Expert, courteous, and highly competent. He said he's been doing this for 8+ years now and I benefited from his experience/expertise. I would use this service again in the future.

They were available over the weekend to take my call, they came out to my house on a holiday, and had me up and running within 24 hrs of my diagnostic appointment. My tech, Josh, was awesome. He was polite, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use Precision again!

Precision came to our home in a very timely manner and provided a quote for the replacement of both of our garage doors within 30 minutes of visiting our home and determining the requirements. Their estimate was very reasonable and well within other estimates that we had received. They provided status along the way as our doors had to be ordered. Once the doors arrived at Precision, they called us to schedule the installation and were very accommodating with the installation schedule. They were right on schedule for the installation and we are extremely satisfied with not only the high quality of the doors that we purchased but with Precision's installation. We would definitely recommend Precision.
