The crew that came out and did the door repair was awesome, very friendly, and knowledgeable. The garage door opener was pretty messed up from trying to lift the door with a broken spring. So my spring repair turned into a new garage door opener installation as well, partly from the damage, but mostly I wanted an upgraded, internet capable unit as well. My garage door opener is a custom sized unit, the crew was able to make the necessary modifications and get me taken care of with extreme efficiency. I highly recommend them!!!

Russell did a super job at detecting and then solving my garage door problems. He made a good recommendation for a new motor based on my specific needs and wants. The replacement took about 45 minutes. He then showed me what he had done and thoroughly explained the features of the new motor. Russell was right on time and was polite with a good attitude. This is the second time I’ve had Russell work on my garage door. I requested him because of the great work he did for me before. I was not disappointed. He was super to work with.

Our garage door has been giving us grief for months. Everything the sun would hit the garage door, the door wouldn't close. We finally called Precision. Vincent was on time and had our door tuned up, replaced the sensors, switched the sensor sides, and recessed the sensors deeper behind the frame. So far the door has worked beautifully!! No more sun interference and frustration!! Thank you Vincent 😊

Service appointment went very well. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise was the price. The lady that setup the appointment had quoted one figure, and when Vincent told me the cost, (which was almost double) it caught me off guard. When quotes are given, they need to be honest up front and include all charges, hidden or otherwise.

Bryan was AWESOME! Professional and explained everything in terms i could understand. Once we agreed on what needed to be done he was very fast, efficient and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Happy with the work received. Vincent was very clear with his communications. Only complaint was Vincent had moved large shelving and other items and did not return them to their place before leaving. I was not home when he did the work and was not able to inspect his work before leaving. Not a big deal, but it would be better customer service to return things to their spot if you must move them, unless it is a ridiculous amount of stuff with no order. Thanks.
