Dylan did a great job. He called me and let me know when he was coming . He explained what he was going to do and showed me my options . He was done within an hour . I would recommend your company to anyone.

Replaced a 1950’s garage door for a new and improved door. It’s beautiful and fits really well. Austin did a wonderful job making sure everything was perfect and we were satisfied. Thank you so much and we would definitely recommend you to all our family and friends.

Even on a crazy snowy winter day. Bryan communicated with me super. He was caught up in traffic. Dylan reached out to me and was fantastic with servicing and giving me choices on what to do. Another gentleman was with Dylan but I didn't get his name. Super nice staff, professional. I would not use any other company for our garage needs. 5+ A#1!!!

Taylor was very professional. Taylor told me what was wrong and what he could do to fix it. Taylor did a wonderful job and he explained how the new things worked. Taylor is a very good technician.

I was really impressed with the availability of your technician and being able to have my problem taken care of so promptly. Your Technician, Dylan made two trips for the repair of our garage door opener motor. The first trip was to diagnose the problem, which he was able to do quickly. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part to correct the problem. He made an appointment for the next day and came on time and made the repair. He was very professional, on time for both appointments, and on the second day visit had the repair made and the system working very quickly. I really appreciated the system that you have that notifies me with a reminder of the appointment time and keeps me updated on the technician's status. I have used your services twice now and been extremely happy with your customer service, your technicians, and your products. Thank you very much for all you do. Larry Bowler

I bought everything. Austin was awesome. He walked me through everything to ensure I understood what I was getting. He did a great install. The doors work perfect. I went with Precision even though I knew they were more expensive because I wanted a better experience and higher quality (I don't think I spent a ton more either). I got a great experience. Only downfall was the delays in shipping my doors. It took 2 months for the doors to come in. I would recommend periodic updates via email letting the customer know everything is still on its way. I had to call a few times to get updates.
