The door is a beautiful product. Had some issues at first because the door was not consistent with closing. It would come dow 90 percent and go back up. Then it would only go down about 4 inches, I know this was a new install and we had to work out the kinks. It was a simple paper clip that nicked the wire. They diagnosed the issue and now it appears to be working fine.

Anthony was very nice and professional. The quote for a new garage door opener of $850 is higher than expected. On a fixed income I can only afford $600. I may have to go with another company next week.

Dylan continues to be the top- notch technician I’ve come to rely on. His knowledge is unsurpassed and working late nights to service Precision’s customers make all the difference. A true gem.

Anthony was amazing! Arrived less than 24 hours after the spring broke and had it all fixed in less than an hour. Very professional to work with and at a great price!

Russell did a fabulous job! I did assist him in finding the place, but other than that, it went smooth as silk! He knew what to do and how to do it! The door wire was catching on one of the panels as the door went up. He moved the wire in order to solve the problem. He also programed a new remote, and programed the other door opener, and put a new code into the outside box. Very pleased! .

I will happily give Vincent five stars. He was so quick and so prompted getting here and he explained with care and concern in detail the reasons why I needed to replace both of my garage doors. The one door was smashed in by someone not me and I had. That was what the initial call was for, but then when he looked at the condition of the door I am using now. He explained to me the reasons why it needed to be replaced and he showed me the broken parts that would soon be broken and I would be replacing it. Anyway.
