Our door broke on Christmas Eve - and he was kind enough to come the morning after Christmas to help us out. He was professional and completed the repair in a very inefficient manner. Russell was perfect. I felt like he was interested in helping me. He was professional and punctual within the parameters of the schedule. It was terribly expensive not his responsibility. After dealing with my super heavy old Garage Door from the 70's, meaning many band aid repairs over many years, we finally bit the bullet and bought a new Door through your company. Took about a month for the factory to build a custom Door due to the large unusual size. Once the Door was in the warehouse, your team installed it and it works great. No complaints. Thanks.
