Josh Stone was our technician. He kept us informed as to when he would arrive, and he answered all of our questions.

I phoned this morning, had an appointment between noon & 2 pm. At about 11:15 am the technician called, said he was ahead of schedule, and I met him. He diagnosed the problem, checked the system, and was done in less than 20 minutes.

Fantastic and attentive service, Ryan quickly diagnosed my problem and share the information I needed to make an informed decision without using pressure sales tactics. He was professional and we are very happy with the new belt drive garage door openers he installed for us. Would gladly use them again next time.

My technician was Ryan. Very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant individual who quickly diagnosed my problem with my old opener. Clearly laid out replacement opener options with his real world recommendations. He installed the new opener efficiently, and clearly described its operation, and what steps I would need to take going forward with downloading the app. I have used Precision Door Service for years, and they came thru again with a pleasant, efficient service....highly recommended.
