I’m very happy with the service I received by Precision. I actually called back two days later and asked for Jeremy Evans to install a garage door handle for me. The company responded quickly, and Jeremy returned and did a great job, arriving earlier than I expected. I think he may have even cut his lunch short in order to help. He knew it was urgent, and he responded beyond my expectations. Jeremy Evans is an employee any company would be lucky to have. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Trevor was truly professional. He was prompt and detected the problem. He offered and suggested some improvements that I will pursue in future. I will definitely call on you guys when I am ready.

Wonderful service. Ryan went out of his way stopped by on his way home he walked me through my garage door, explained things for what I could do next time when it happened very polite very knowledgeable. Vincent went out of his way as well, when I called told him what I was experiencing what happened he said let me make a phone call. He called me back and said Ryan will stop by when he finished the job that he was doing that is customer service, going way out for the customers that are in the need of help . Russell was great. He explained the problem to me, and replaced the pins that I had accidentally knocked out. He also talked about other options if I wanted to do additional repairs, but there was no pressure.

They arrived earlier than anticipated, but called first to make sure it worked in our schedules. We were able to schedule same day and the Trenton was very professional, explained things well, took care of the issue, then provided quotes for future work in the event we wanted to do it. Nai was awesome. We felt bad to have him here on a Sunday instead of with his family, but he was very polite when we apologized. Nai was very professional and knowledgeable and thorough with his repair. He explained the warranty and the repair to my husband. Trenton Brown was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door. Impressed both times. I highly recommend these folks!

Trevor did an amazing job ordering and replacing a damaged garage door panel. He tracked down a special order replacement panel for a door no longer produced. Within a month he had a new matching panel, got it installed, and replaced all the rollers. He was here when he promised and always conducted himself in a friendly and professional manner.
