One of the coils on our garage door/opener broke Sunday evening trapping our cars inside - by Monday @ 9:30am the tech, Vincent, arrived and already had the door up and a quick diagnosis for us. Brian was a great and kind technician, but your pricing (699.00 for a basic spring) is ridiculous and considered price gouging by your competition. Not everybody in Draper is wealthy and stupid. Our family and our friends in our contact list will never make the mistake of using Precision Door Service again. The going rate for a basic spring replacement in the SLC area is 189.00-250.00.
