Brian was a great and kind technician, but your pricing (699.00 for a basic spring) is ridiculous and considered price gouging by your competition. Not everybody in Draper is wealthy and stupid. Our family and our friends in our contact list will never make the mistake of using Precision Door Service again. The going rate for a basic spring replacement in the SLC area is 189.00-250.00. Vincent was very professional. He called as he was on his way, and called to update us all the way through the finding of parts and his service. He is very courteous and prompt. He was willing to "band-aid fix" our opener so we wouldn't be left without the use of our garage while waiting for parts. He then did a search and found the parts needed and came back early the following day to install. The garage door is now working perfectly. I will use and recommend Precision Garage Door Service from now on.

Friendly repairman but quiet after I rejected his three offers to upgrade service, from about $1200 to almost $3000. All I wanted was garage door spring replaced. I had been quoted a service call fee and the spring cost from the office. That was what I asked for. Eventually that is what I got. Cost me less than $300. Perfect.

I called at 6 pm on Monday evening and Precision had an appointment created for me the very next day. The tech, Jake was very easy to work with and did a great job. Totally exceeded my expectations! Not only did PGD have courteous staff. They were able to find my door well ahead of schedule during a crazy materials shortage! They also had a last minute cancellation and thought of me and moved me up in their schedule lineup. They weee able to fix my garage door well ahead of the expected time window. Dylan was amazing! Instead of performing an invasive adjustment of the track and door, he suggested getting new weather stripping in the color of the new paint job on our house--who knew! The sensors of our garage doors stopped working for us and we had to manually close it from the inside every time. So I called Precision Garage Doors and they offered a appt window to come the very next morning. The next morning, the technician called and texted me to let me know he was on his way. Dylan was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. He fixed our problem within 30 minutes. Our garage doors are now working properly again - Yay!
