Brett was awesome. He was respectful given the covid-19 madness. We hit elbows as a result of a handshake. He did a great job with my door and did everything he needed and went above and beyond to move the track out so it doesn't jerk back up like it was. I would recommend precision and Brett's service to anyone.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. The estimator (Taylor) was helpful, professional, and gave me some great ideas for my garage door replacement project. I had one large door and one smaller door replaced with short-panel style. The work was completed within the timeframe that Taylor had told me (3-4 weeks from date of booking). I am delighted with my new doors. The garage stays much warmer. I had not anticipated it would make such a difference. The short-panel style really enhances the curb appeal of my home. We had weatherstripping installed and even though they ran into a few problems they were able to get it resolved did a great job. We also had a motor serviced under a home warranty.

Everyone was great

Cody and Dylan were our technicians. We called on a whim because our neighbor had his garage doors serviced and we saw the trucks. Perfect service! They came in, assessed the problem quickly, gave us an accurate and fair quote to fix the problem, fixed it, and were gone in time for lunch. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. Frankly, I'm at a loss for what to say because they were exactly what we needed and expected. We WILL be calling you guys back after we finish paying for other household upgrades (that must take precedence) to install a third door opener, replace our existing opener, and replace our garage doors.
