Great and positive work

Our garage door broke early in the morning. We submitter a repair request and we were scheduled for 12- 2 pm. Trent called and asked if he could come early. He arrived and let us know the issues. He then went to work. My wife was home and he explained everything to her. His speed, professionalism and customer service could not have been better. After he left my wife told me she wanted them for all future service. Thank you Trent and Precision Door Service.

Great service! Technician arrived on time. Very efficient. Called at 9AM the garage door was repaired by noon. Both the Service Rep, Becky, and the Technician, Josh, were pleasant to work with and very helpful.

Our technician arrived just a few hours after I called to report a problem with our garage door sticking and not going up and down smoothly. He saw the problem right off and was able to tighten some screws that were loose along the door track. He understood the problem and it just took a very short amount of time to correct it. He was very professional and thanked me for calling Precision Door Service.

Really good tech!

Upon arrival, Travis introduced himself. He had a neat and clean appearance. He brought the materials for the garage door into the garage. The garage door is located on the west side and the weather was a hot day as the sun shined into the garage. He informed me a co-worker on his way home to a nearby community would be arriving to assist him. His co-worker arrived, introduction accomplished, and working together they got the job done in less time than having one person doing the job. Upon completion, the garage door looked really nice! It was an insulated door and there was a noticeable difference in the heat of the garage with the closure of the new insulated door. Naturally, the old non-insulated door absorbed the heat and transferred the heat into the garage. We had talked about getting an insulated garage door, but never did the purchase until now. Very pleased with the door and the work completed by the two employees of Precision Door. They are to be commended for the excellent installation of the garage door, the removal of the waste/used materials and leaving a clean garage.

Totally five star service. I called this morning and they came by noon With a text message to both my wife, and I letting us know of arrival times. They gave me three quotes, a high, middle and low . TREVOR WAS GREAT. VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME AS I GOT A WORK CALL RIGHT AS HE SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE. HE HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 15 MINUTES FOR ME AND HAVE ME A COUPLE OPTIONS AND DIDN'T TRY TO UP SALE ME ANYTHING UNNECESSARY AND WAS IN AND OUT WITH THE REPAIR IN L'EST THEN 30 MINUTES.
