I called late in the morning on September 9th and was able to make an appointment for that afternoon. The technician arrived within 2-3 hours of my placing the request. I was amazed at the speed of Precision Door's response! Jeff Zinz quickly handled the problem and was on his way before I knew it. Job well done!!

Brian was great about communicating when he was on his way. He did a quick and painless job of helping me to reprogram the wireless keypads for a few townhomes units we own. I tried everything on my own and just couldn't get it to work. He was nice and professional. Thank you!

The Repair was replacement of the electronics module in the two-door opener. The only symptom was the light being weak. I watched Jake troubleshoot, isolate the problem, and fix it efficiently. Very well done. I enjoyed watching someone who really knows what they are doing!

These guys were great! They came at 4 as stayed until 8 getting us new motors, keypads, drive lines! I wasn’t worried about price shopping bc I just needed it done and they had the parts on hand.
