The technician (Jeff) knew what he was doing and walked me thru everything he noticed. No pressure on selling me new hinges, but explained what they would help with and why I should change to different size. Quickly replaced them, inspected all rollers, cables, adjusted the springs, and lubricated everything. We're completely satisfied with how the door operates now and feel protected during the upcoming Winter weather.

When one of the torsion springs failed we called and Jake arrived first thing next day (responsive). He is knowledgeable and empowered to solve our immediate and long terms problem while providing us the flexibility to adjust to supply issues (delays) so we end up with exactly what we want. He seemed interested in making this a win-win and that kind of service is rare. We bought a completely new setup and while it wont arrive for weeks, Jake replaced the broken torsion spring and got us functional quickly. We looks forward to years of good interaction and excellent garage door products performing as expected. Nice work Jake!

Our double-door garage door spring broke on a Sunday evening. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service on their 24/7 telephone number and was promptly able to get a repair appointment for 8:00 a.m. the next morning. Jon Ferreira was our tech repairman and not only called on his way to our home to give me his exact arrival time but, also texted and emailed me with his picture. He was knowledgeable, professional, fixed the door quickly, and the bill was very reasonable. We were extremely impressed with the service that we received and highly recommend this company!

Repairman arrived 10:30 AM. Finished around Noon. We had just returned home from a trip to Spain and Discovered Garage door would not open. called Precision on Saturday and was scheduled for Sunday which surprised me, to start.
