One door wasn’t shutting some of the time. Found bottom right door detector was out of kilter and easy adjustment. Ended up buying vertical reinforced brackets for top of both doors and new rollers and cables for both doors and a horizontal reinforced brace across top of one door. Had both doors lubed and checked. Was probably up sold, but got all that done anyway for couple thousand. Hoping for no troubles for years now.

He later explained everything he had done and provided an evaluation of future repairs in terms of both timing and a cost estimate. He was efficient and complete in his service.
