Precision came to our home in a very timely manner and provided a quote for the replacement of both of our garage doors within 30 minutes of visiting our home and determining the requirements. Their estimate was very reasonable and well within other estimates that we had received. They provided status along the way as our doors had to be ordered. Once the doors arrived at Precision, they called us to schedule the installation and were very accommodating with the installation schedule. They were right on schedule for the installation and we are extremely satisfied with not only the high quality of the doors that we purchased but with Precision's installation. We would definitely recommend Precision.

Dylan and the assistant were great. I explained that my garage door was acting up and that I thought it might be the sensors. The sensors were adjusted and are working fine now. When the time comes that I need additional services I will definitely use your company.

Russell was thorough even before he arrived. He called me twice to say he’d be late and what his ETA was so I wasn’t waiting around. Vincent returned today and explained the options to fix the uneven closure of the door. I made a choice and he quickly fixed the problem. He was pleasant and efficient and I appreciate his work. The person who I talked to on the phone was not and would benefit from some customer service training. Having said that I would like to apologize for my response to him as well. I should know better.
