Vincent returned today and explained the options to fix the uneven closure of the door. I made a choice and he quickly fixed the problem. He was pleasant and efficient and I appreciate his work. The person who I talked to on the phone was not and would benefit from some customer service training. Having said that I would like to apologize for my response to him as well. I should know better.

After completion of service I noticed that one side of the door doesn’t completely close. Further adjustment is needed. I called to have someone return to finish the job, but was told that there would likely be an additional service charge. This seems unreasonable. I hope this can be taken care of promptly as without additional cost.

Jon did an excellent job of explaining the work and completing the work in a timely fashion. FYI: the service was for a broken retraction bracket not the door spring. I really appreciated the quick response since I called the office number last night after normal working hours and Jon was here first thing in the morning. Terrific Service!

Dylan and Vance came in and assessed the problem, offered me the options without any pressure towards either one. They got right to work and had it done before I knew it. They were friendly and polite. They knew their stuff and I am grateful to have the ability to open our garage door again. Thanks guys!!

Jake came right away, knew just what to do, and got us back to a garage door that worked. We replaced springs and rollers and a few other things for a more robust service.

Phone call said strut repair was $100 so I could use the service call coupon (Valpac) yet Jon said the strut repair was only $99 so denied the coupon. This is bad business. Sorry and no warranty for the work I ask to be done with 5 disclaimers is also bad business.
