I was very pleased with Precision Doors service! The technician, Alexander Johnson, was able to come shortly after I had called! He was able to do a check on the door, lube, & tune it up in a timely manner, and he mentioned a couple of things, one as a preventive issue, but did not pressure me in any way to agree to have it done! We purchased this garage door and opener from Precision about twelve years ago, and it has performed very well. Recently, it wouldn't shut all the way, so we called Precision and had a technician out in about two hours. Wow, is all I can say about Precision Garage service. Dylan Leonard was excellent! We were very pleased with his work. He adjusted the door at no cost to us!! They always try to keep the costs down and explain their plans so that we have a thorough understanding of what is going on and are able to discuss it and agree on the plan to fix it. We also have an RV garage that needed a new garage door, so we immediately called Precision, but unfortunately, they do not do RV garage doors. I highly recommend this company! I promise you will be pleased with the product and their work. I can not say enough good about them! This is the one purchase I will never regret. Thank you, Precision.
